Instructions:
• Use Search box to filter runbooks by name, strategy, phase, or responsibility
• Drag rows (≡ icon) to reorder sequence
• Set Status for each task: Not Started, In Progress, Blocked, Completed, Skipped, or In Error
• Click 🔄 Duplicate to copy a runbook with all settings
• Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+N (add), Ctrl+D (duplicate), Ctrl+F (search), ? (help)
• Elapsed time badges appear on timeline for in-progress tasks
• Mark critical path items with the Critical checkbox
• PLAN controls the planned duration of each runbook
• ACTUAL is automatically populated when status is set to Completed
• Viewer mode users see live progress but cannot make changes
• Hover over timeline blocks to see detailed information
